Now that the election is over, and whether you are happy with the results or not, President Obama has been given four more years by the people of the United States.
Given the many problems that our country faces, which do you feel is the most critical and thus the one that you feel the should be the focus of the President. Think about the issues that concern people of your generation

I am very happy overall that Obama is president for another term. I believe that Obama is a very good president. This term i believe that he is really going to stress change and tax the rich more. By taxing the rich more, the wealth will be evenly distributed around the classes. The middle class needs the wealth to be given more to thrive as well as the rich.

I am very happy about the fact that Obama was elected for another term. I now know that I don't have to worry about going to college, or getting the scholarships I deserve. I also know that my family can be cared for if one is very ill or dying. I know that my parents won't have to struggle as much as before. They can maybe now relax and not stress about money. And lastly, the rich, like Mitt Romney will have to pay every cent of their taxes. No more middle class struggling!

I am personally happy that Obama is serving for another four terms as the U.S. President. As a girl I didn't like Romney because he really wasn't for woman and he wanted to make tax cuts for the upper class. He didn't reallly have what I was looking for in a president. I think that for his second term, Obama should really focus on getting jobs to the American people as well as making financial aid for students easier to get through college. I heard that Obama has a plan that will help students with financial aid but I am not sure. Health care is also pretty expensive and obesity is still a growing problem in the U.S. I find laziness everywhere (including myself being lazy). That is more of a self-motivated thing but can still be a topic that the president should consider. I am glad that Obama is president though.

i am really happy that Obama got a second chance. I'm not very smart when it comes to politics but i know that a lot of people didn't think he did a good job while in office. However it takes more than four years to fix a country and we certainly will never be perfect. He created Obama-care which is very good and he plans to help the middle class a lot. A lot of people didn't want Romney because he "didn't care about the middle class" i find that a stupid reason not to vote for him because they probably didn't pay attention to any of his other plans for our country. Overall Obama was a good choice made by America!

I am disappointed about Obama getting reelected. I think that Romney was a much better choice for the country's president. But sense the election is over all I can do is hope that Obama's plans for this country work. I think he needs to make more jobs to support the middle class and he needs to increase the production of American made goods.

I am happy that Obama was reeleced to become President for the next four years. He was a good president overall the last four years. He led the mission to kill Osama Bin Laddin, he didn't make our economy severly worse than it already from when Bush was president and he helped the soldiers come home. He deserves to be back in office. I think the mose important thing he needs to focus on since he is in office is the economy. The economy is awful and needs some time to fix it. Obama needs to start working on that right away. He needs to focus on the middle class as well. Millionaries shouldn't be the country's concern, since they are...well...millionaries. The middle class is the most populated and it needs some work. Focusing on school systems would help but it shouldn't be a first concern. Obama was a good president before and he still can be. Keep it up Obama!

I'm a happy that Obama got reelected as president. In my opinion he was way smarter than Romney. I think the Obama care is a great and smart idea! You get to stay on your parents health insurance till your 26 im pretty sure. In the next 4 years I just want to see the economy get better. Its tough seeing older men not being able to support there familys because they got laid off.

I am very happy that Obama was elected for another term because i believe he is a good president. I hope Obama will make it s that you dont have to pay tax on cars and stuff like i know the state needs movie but like why on a car, you already have to pay for gas and stuff. Thats like me buying a candy bar for a dollar then i gota spend a dollar the next year. To me thats so stupid but I just hope the economy gets better.

I am happy that Mitt Romney was not elected president. However I would have liked it more if Americans looked at the other parties more. People always vote either republican or democrat and I think if people researched a little bit about other candidates we could find someone that is even better than Obama OR Romney. With Obama as president I really hope he gets the economy back on track. I believe he can get other things done too, but the economy should be his first priority.

I am glad that Obama was elected for another four years as President. Our unemployment is at its lowest in four years and Obama keeps improving jobs around the country. This helps to get our economy on the right track and hopefully to full recovery. Also during his first Presidency, he allowed the mission to continue that eventually killed Osama Bin Laden. As long as Obama keeps improving our country and protecting it, he will be accepted as a great President in times of the bad economy and so much tragedy in the United States.

I am happy Obama won another four years. I just wish that third party candidates had more a shot at winning the election. I think Gary Johnson was a much better republican choice than Mitt Romney, Even some of my dad's republican friends said they licked Johnson more than Romney but they didn't want to vote for him cause they thought it would waste their vote. It kinda sucks that in America the better candidate wont get voted because of the way voting works here.

I am very disappointed that Obama got reelected for another term. Mitt Romney is also a disappointment for a republican representative. Ever since President Bush was in office, our economy has gone straight into the gutter. Its not Obama's fault for our financial decline, but he is certainly not doing anything to help it. Obama is only making more taxes and I was hoping Mitt Romney would just throw some money to the middle class and we would all be happy. From my perspective, Obama is a horrible president, he is taxing the rich more who have clearly earned their money and people can keep nagging about that, because the rich make jobs and can potentially lower the unemployment rate. People who live there lifes off of welfare are basically just taking the money people work hard for and instead of going out to find jobs, they live easy off of other peoples hard work. This world has dug itself into a gigantic whole and its getting to deep to climb out. We need a dramatic change immidiately...

I am happy Obama got reelected as our President. I am because now he has more time to fix the problems Bush made in 8 years. Now Obama can prove the people who doubted him wrong, because he can't fix problems that were made in 8 years, in 4. Also, i think Obama care is a good idea. Also, in the speeches, Obama kept saying "We.. We.. We.." while Mitt said "I.. I.. I..". This shows that Obama is for everyone, so i'm glad he is our president still.

First off, let me say, I'm glad Obama is our president for another 4 years. He was all for women's rights and Romney, well, wasn't. Despite the fact that I'm happy with our president, I have some major issues with our country. It doesn't matter who they put in the White House! Our economy is in the hole...education is in a hole...our whole country is such a mess, it's really too late to do anything. Politicians believe that there's a way to fix all of this. Honestly, there isn't much Obama, Romney, any other Vice-President or politician could do to save our country.

I honestly don't exacually like Obama and Romney 100% presidential wise, but I am happy Obama got reelected for another four years. My only dislike with Obama is I think he's going to put our country in more and more deat. Our country is hardly sourcing as it is. The economy and education has decreased and there's not much Obama or Romney could of done to help. I am happy Obama was elected because I didn't believe in romneys ways. His woman's rights wasn't 100% and I think Obama can help our country if he really tries. 11/8/2012 12:48:23 pm
i am very happy with obama becoming reelected for four more years. i know that many people believe that he has done very litttle to help our country, but obama is trying to rebuild our country, despite the damage the U.S has received from our previous president. He is trying to fix our economical problems as best as he can. i believe that by reelecting obama he will prove to people how he can fix gas prices to a more reasonable amount per gallon.

I am happy the Mitt Romney is not president. That being said withy his second term I think that Obama will be able to do more good this time around. He won't have to worry about being a politician, he can just be president. The first thing he needs to turn his attention to isn't the economy that will fix itself in short time, he needs to focus on relife efforts in New York and New Jersey.

I was happy to see Obama win. Although I'm not a huge fan of his, I'd rather see him in office than Romney. I think our country faces a lot of problems and we have a long four years ahead of us. Things such as unemployment are the more obvious issues, and should be a huge focus for our president. I'm hoping that with Obama serving his second term we'll see a change in our economy for the better

I could say the generic answer " He needs to focus on creating jobs" but i feel that this is part of a larger problem in this country. The President must focus on unification. It seems that today this country everyone looks for someone to blame when in fact its all of us to blame. If we could all just find a way to work together and help the country with all the problems as a whole the United States could be a thriving country as it once was.

I am personally happier that Obama won then I would have been with Romney winning. They both have ideas that could improve our country for the better, but Obama just seemed to have more of an idea this time around as to what needed to be done. I really do hope though that Obama starts taking responsibility for his actions and stops blaming former presidents for mistakes. It is not time for Obama to do what he has been saying for the past four years and recognize when something he does, does go as planned.

Our country has more problems that can even even be counted. Our economy is absolutely terrible. Our main focus should be getting people off of the streets and working again. Honestly i really dont care who the president is. All of them just seem to put us in more debt and their not helping no matter who it is. I feel like the most important thing to work towards is education. Although high school is very important i believe the most improvement needs to be in secondary education. Many people do not attend college simply because they can not afford it. An increase in scholarships, grants, and also great cuts in cost should be the main idea of our government. This will snap us out of our recession and allow us to be more successful in the future

I am glad president Obama will be running in the office for another four years, and very excited that I will be able to vote next election! But, there is a lot of important things in our country that we need to fix, improve, and make better. The thing I think this upcoming year of 2013 that we should focus on the most is Jobs! There are over 14 million people without jobs in America, in this is a huge problem, and effects all these peoples lives. There needs to be programs to find these people jobs and help these people out, this would really benefit our country because it will make the economy so much better if people out there could find work and support their families that they care about, and that is the thing I most want President Obama to work on during his time in office!

I think Obama is doing the best he can. I knew before he was even elected the first time that whoever took over would have a massive job ahead of them fixing what Bush did to us. Obama had no chance to make this country perfect but I think as long as he keeps up what he's doing things will get better. I beleive the most important issue is renewable energy. Once the oil runs out and it will, without a new energy source the world will be horrible. Billions will starve. Our world is unsustainable without some kind of powerful energy source. 11/14/2012 06:04:19 am
I think that the most pressing issue at this time is obviosly the economy. The national debt is way too high and needs to be reduced. The President needs to create as many jobs as possible, because people need to get back to work. Also, the Obama should raise taxes on the wealthy so that richest people pay the most taxes. Obama needs to adress these things, but the problem is Congress. During Obama's first term, almost nothing passed because the Republican majority in the House did not want to pass any bill proposed by Obama or the Democrats. The key is that everyone in Congress must forget their parties and work together. Congress needs to work as one unit, not two. Obama can only do so much with a Congress that can't work together.

I am happy that Obama has another term to fix the problems that we face in our country. I think the economy is the most important problem though. A lot of people are being underpaid in their jobs and a lot of people are being overpaid in their jobs. For the people that do not get enough money from their job, they are finding that even the simplest necessities in life are overpriced. A lot of houses are being foreclosed because the people that live in that house can not pay for it anymore.

im very happy to see obama is president again. he has more time to fix other problems that we have. he did take care of osama a couple years ago. the problems he should worry about now are whats wrong with the people. our economy is slowly falling. most people dont have jobs and some high school kids dont have money for college which requires them to have well paying jobs.
